How the data flows: source records (transactions, permits, land registry) are ingested, geocoded, and clustered into hubs and zones. A graph-based compute layer derives the relationships you see on the Map and in the Reports articles.

Data Sources

Public-domain MOI registries (land records, building permits) and LVR transaction disclosures, refreshed on a cadence-driven pipeline.
